Crew Cut Lawns

This is a horrible company. Beware! They screwed up the billing, bagged when they weren’t supposed to, then let them sit on the driveway and rot, forgot to charge my card they had in file for auto pay and are now sending me a bill for late payment (even though my card was on file). Front office manager is not a people person. All around awful company. I switched companies halfway through the Summer and now my lawns look much better, the price is better and no billing hassles and screw ups. Don’t go with this company. You will regret it!!!

I wanted to give a compliment to the crew working with truck 61. I was helping a friend with her yard when Crew Cut showed up to do her neighbor’s lawn. The gentleman who did their lawn work was very nice and friendly to us and he did a great job on the neighbor’s yard. If I ever need my own lawn mowed I would definitely contact them.

Asked for a quote, sent me an email with a “sign up here” link that I didn’t use, instead they showed up at my house with no contract, because I didn’t hire them. Now they want me to pay a fee. We’ll see how that works out for them. There is no contract, there
is no job, look out for these scammers.

Had a lot of snow yesterday. Crew cut plowed the 2 open lanes in our driveway. I called them at 3 pm and said we need the 3rd lane plowed. They were out in less than a half hour and cleared the lane. They are great!

We found these piles of bags behind our shed a month after we cancelled. When i called to see why they were left there and not in the open the manager stated that he doesn’t believe it was his crew. He stated that “ someone else must have done it” who and why would anyone else do that. They blamed me – its one of the worst customer service i have experienced.
