I have been a customer of TDI for a few years now. They are spectacular. I personally have never had a single issue with their service. I am frequently complimented on our yard and how beautiful the grass is. Very thankful for all TDI does to keep our yard looking great! Morgan our technician takes a personal interest in his work and truly desires to be the best. We are so blessed to have our house on Morgan’s route!! Thank you Morgan and thank you TDI!!

I used TDI services for years. Due to a personal reason I left TDI early this year and went to another company. A month ago I returned to TDI. I used to have Skyler, the technician, who was very nice and did great job.

Nick, the manager, is outstanding! When I cancelled early this year, he patiently introduced to me their services which might benefit me more. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Now I am back with some grass issues. Nick did his research promptly and diligently worked with his team to find solutions. Nick, thank you for your extra efforts to ensure my satisfaction.

I want to give a huge shoutout to my technician David Reed. We were in a rush the morning before servicing and forgot to pick up our kids’ toys left in the yard the day before. He moved them onto the patio, along with our kid pool before yard servicing. My wife who was skeptical about servicing was overjoyed to see the thoughtfulness and caution taken by our technician. TDI you have a customer for life!

Our lawn has never looked so good! Very grateful for our Tech, Tyler. He is knowledgeable, answers all questions, and gives attention to detail. He is everything you want in someone that is caring for your lawn. I hope TDI knows how well he represents their company.

TDI is mostly like others but at least don’t leave treatments on drive or walks where it can get on pets or people’s feet.

Wish they would give you an option to delay service right from the text they send day before to say that “tomorrow we’ll be servicing” as that would give me the opportunity to say WAIT. Sometimes my grass needs mowing or watering or just some different timing.

Overall – not a bad service and the people are decent.
